  1. a) Selection of raw materials and their feasibility study b) To optimize process of glucose syrup production in laboratory scale c) Quality control of product using analytical techniques (reducing sugar content, Dextrose Equivalent (DE), total solids) d) Estimation of composition of sugar in final product e) To optimize process of glucose syrup production in pilot plant scale f) Quality control of production of high protein concentrates
